Product Positioning
As a critical connection device in low-voltage power distribution systems, an intensive busway is designed to safely and efficiently distribute electrical energy from high-voltage tubular busbars to end-use equipment. Serving as a pivotal link in 0.4 kV distribution systems, its low-voltage casting technology reflects a coherent technical approach that spans from high-voltage insulation to low-voltage distribution.


Technical Specifications
The product covers a rated current range of 400 A to 5000 A, with a rated voltage of AC 400 V/690 V. Its insulation class reaches Class F, and the protection rating is up to IP65. The conductor is made of high-purity copper busbars with tin plating. It can withstand a short-time current of 50 kA for 1 s, has a power-frequency withstand voltage of 3500 V/min, and maintains a temperature rise limit below 70 K, fully meeting the stringent performance requirements of low-voltage distribution systems.


Structural Design
The intensive busway adopts a multi-layer dense arrangement of copper busbars. Through integral epoxy resin vacuum casting, a fully insulated and void-free insulation system is formed. The enclosure is made of high-strength aluminum alloy profiles, with internal flame-retardant phase barriers ensuring safe inter-phase spacing.  Plug-in connectors are designed to facilitate installation and guarantee reliable electrical connections.

The product offers fully insulated and highly protected electrical characteristics with low impedance and minimal losses. Its fire resistance meets the UL94 V0 standard, and it can withstand seismic intensity up to level 8. The modular design improves installation efficiency by over 60%, supports maintenance-free operation, reduces overall energy consumption by 25% compared to conventional cabling, and has a service life of up to 30 years.
